Happy Feet Performance Information- June 3, 2018

Each year at Happy feet, we end our school/dance year with a performance. We alternate the performance format between a “big show” at the Marin Center Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium and a more informal “in studio” performance. Because we just recently concluded our 2016-17 year with our “in studio” performance week, we will be producing our “big show” at the Marin Center at the end of the 2017-18 school year. Participation in our recital is totally optional. The vast majority of our students do choose to participate in our recital and thoroughly enjoy the experience. If you choose to participate, we want to be sure you know that the dress/technical rehearsal is mandatory.

Each Happy Feet class is assigned to one rehearsal block on one of the dates listed below. The specific day and time of your rehearsal assignment will be released in early February. Please keep all dates listed below open until we are able to provide more specific information.

Happy Feet Recital: Each Happy Feet class will be assigned to perform in either Show A or Show B on Sunday, June 3, 2018. Advanced students will be performing in both shows.

The mandatory dress/technical rehearsals are scheduled for:

Tuesday May 22, Wednesday May 23, Thursday May 24, 2018.

Adult and High School Dancers: Please also keep Sunday morning June 3, 2018 open as a potential rehearsal date.

Both the dress rehearsals and the recitals will be held at the Marin Center Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium.
